The Truman Concert Choir (2nd period all three trimesters) performs three concerts during the year. The December concert features a holiday theme. The second concert is a short jazz/pop program in March (along with the bands). The final concert (May) is a pop concert.
No experience is necessary! Being willing and able to work hard and rehearse is the only requirement.
The choir will also study aspects of music theory including: notation, rhythm, scale structure and harmony.
Proper Concert Attire:
Black dress pants or long skirt (past the knees)
White dress shirt or blouse
Black dress shoes and socks
